Good case water proof great quality

FaceTime and having a conversation with the speaker on are both impossible due to poor sound quality through mic and also feedback noise the person gets on other end.

My disappointment came after I received the case and found out there was an updated version that fixed the poor sound quality, microphone issues (sounding like I'm underwater to people on the other line) and also a wider opening for the charging cable, to fit aftermarket cords.

I hate giving it such a bad rating but at $80+ we should all expect much better quality.

Very upset that it's already broken, i was expecting better quality from this product.

I constantly have to take it off of my phone so that people can hear me talk as everyone that I talk on the phone with say that my voice sounds muffled but as soon as I take my case off, they say that the sound quality is much better and that they can hear me just fine.

All in all I like Lifeproof cases because I like the waterproof quality and I drop my phone regularly due to sheer clumsiness, but I won't be buying another Nuud case regardless of price

The quality of the calls was terrible and really muffled.

Perhaps I got a bad unit or perhaps the quality has changed, but regardless, I'm very disappointed with the quality/life-cycle of this unit and am not likely to buy another.

I am having a hard time finding one that isn't Bulky and that has great sound quality

The case is great for protecting your phone, but people have a very hard time hearing you and the speaker phone function has poor sound quality with the case on

Contacted lifeproof and they don't cover anything even though I was registered for warranty and was well within their advertised limits, just offered me a new case for my now dead phone... terrible quality (everyone I know with one has had at least 1 replaced for breaking), and they just don't seem to care if they fail or live up to their advertisements

HORRIBLE call quality

Love the case from a sturdiness standpoint and protects the phone A+++ and love being able to actually touch the screen

The phone fell as I was opening the frontdoor and the screen cracked

I got my case a month ago and within having it the first week cracks began to appear at all corners of the screen as well as through the center of the home button

I picked it up, put it in my backpack and drove on to work as if nothing had happened.

People cannot hear me while on the phone - have had complaints while holding it and talking as well as on speaker phone

I just water tested my case again last night and it is still working just as good as when I first bought it

The regular photos looked better but not as good as without the case, and the ones using the flash still turned out poorly

n’t do anything hardcore with my phone, but the latches break and the plastic cracks super easily
