Especially annoying when clearing screens with the double click

I like that I can touch the screen directly, however I have restrained myself from throwing it in a pool or dropping it in a glass of tea

I liked the product for the last couple months until I had the phone sitting by the shower today.. condensation somehow got to my phone and the screen went haywire

that lame plastic screen everyone else has to use ruins the sharpness of the Retina screen and makes touching the screen a issue sometimes as it's between you and your finger

I was worried at first due to nothing protecting the actual screen but it works perfectly!

First time my teenager dropped his phone (trying to put it in his pocket) the case popped all the way off and shattered his screen

All the ports were closed and the product was used exactly how they recommend, and my iPhone is now beyond repair: the screen does not work at all and the speaker makes a crackling sound when the device is turned on

This is nothing but a glorified, overpriced screen protector.

Now the screen is blotchy with permanent water marks under the screen.

No front screen, feels like a knock off

Just a note of caution, once cracked the screen which is still under daily use may get wet of course will no longer be waterproof

There isn’t a protective screen on the front

They put a little screen protector in the box that you can install if you want to protect your screen... it is pretty small and not that great of a protector, but it is fine

Your screen will get ruined and you will have to buy a screen replacement, this case is a complete rip off and sham.

Much better than the other life proof cases because I can actually text easily without the bulky screen cover.

And does the flimsy plastic screen need to go over it,Or is that what the additional case does too?

the techs said they've seen this so many times... the pressure from the case actually BROKE the screen.

I do have to say though that I love being able to touch my actual screen, I would never buy one without that feature because I don't like the look or feel that some of the other iPhone lifeproof cases have thanks to the weird screen cover

Bought this for my husband when he broke the screen on his iPhone 5c in an attempt to give it some protection from shattering the rest of the way

The iphone uses it's front camera to determine when to disable the screen so that keys and the mute button are not pressed by your face

After breaking two screens on my iPhone 5 in less four months, I went back to a case

a crappy screen protector that I could not get the bubbles out of and ended up destroying in about 10 minutes!I would not purchase this again

also I have come to the conclusion that if you crack your screen the case won't work because water will got through the seems of the glass.

With this particular style there is nothing protecting your screen from getting scratched

Not bulletproof (dropped and screen still broke but nothings perfect -- replacement screens aren't that expensive)

but if you have an object that strikes the screen directly it doesn't give much protection

A month after I bought this case I was riding my bike and I dropped and it ruined my phones screen while my screen protector was on and my

clear screen, does not interfere with phone features.

The screen shattered when the phone was dropped and even though there was insurance on the phone, the cost to replace the phone was $150.
