I suffer poor vision and this lamp makes reading a pleasure again

My friend has failing vision and loves to read.

I've tried other magnifying glasses and found that after hours of cross-stitching my normal vision became blurry.

If you have great vision it should work out quite well until the bulbs burn out

I am an avid crafter (needlepoint, jewelry, etc,) and a number of years ago, I purchased your lamp through Amazon to enhance my vision when working on my crafts.

We love this design because we are both losing our vision due to age

After searching unsuccessfully many sites I finally found the lamp I wanted for a Christmas gift for my 93 father whose vision was becoming weak.

I have very poor vision due to macullar degeneratiive disease and they help so much .

While it is good for someone doing close work, for the elderly with poor vision it's merely passable
