The Linksys CG7500 modem is incompatible with my ISP

I am not sure why this is happening, as the modem that Comcast installed my service with had no issues

The TIVO doesn't drop the connection and require rebooting anymore, even though it's fifteen d*mn feet from the router and should work better than anything else
