While he proved that the toner cartridge can be placed back in the printer without the drum, I can tell you, – it will not work and there is a high likelihood that it may get jammed inside the printer in a way that will require an expensive service call, or a new printer.

The LINKYO (and other cheap replacements) replace the toner container part only

BUT, the second order is also for the same, incorrect toner cartridge

The Linkyo compatible replacement cartridges work very well and are less expensive than Brother cartridges.

This was a great decision I made by buying this cartridge than buying the expensive original cartridge from Brother

In the last box that I purchased, the second cartridge was a dud

Ordered two... both seem to work just as well as the originals and are accepted by the printer without any bypass codes necessary.

Did not fit correctly, printer gave error for paper jam/ cover open

Causes paper jam that I did not experience with genuine Brother product.

Each toner immediately created paper jams over and over again

So far so good, print as good as the genuine ink from Brother.

It ruined the drum on our printer, and even after replacing the drum, the thing prints much fuzzier since we tried these cartridges

The first cartridge has a pale print with streaks and the second one is slightly better

I wish the print were darker, but I think it is a problem with my drum, and not these toners.
