This headset is more expensive than many other Bluetooth headsets because it has real electronic active noise cancelling (ANC) circuit (not low-tech noise isolation by tight fitting of silicon ear tips)

Outside noise isolation is garbage...not sure if because of the design or because the stupid ANC mic is always on

The effect on noise reduction is quite obvious, way beyond noise isolation because I can sense it clearly by turning on and off the ANC with earbuds plugged into my ears at the same tightness

I did some air travel last week, I kept on pushing the ANC button just to see if they were really working as

The company never reimburse me for the shipping as they promised to

I'd take off 2 stars for this alone but t seems like a common problem that many sub-$100 ANC earbuds.- ANC creates a slight static or hushing noise
