The problem was that the two lower bolts were too short once we put the bracket (for the television mount) as well as the bracket to mount the sound bar below the television
I purchased the installation option with the bracket and was told by the professional installer it was one of the best brackets he had installed and was very impressed with the hardware, sturdiness and quality of the kit.
