It was faulty piece of equipment.

Broke within a year, the pivot piece on right ear can crumbled.

I'm not very rough with things; pieces of the plastic just started to randomly break off until eventually, the whole right earphone fell off

However, the piece that holds the ear cover in place broke after about 3 months with normal use and the headset is now useless.

Then little pieces of the plastic started falling out

At first a small piece would break off and then the next day, it's broken off

However pieces started falling off until finally it broke

In April of 2018, the piece of plastic that secures the right earpiece in place broke as I was placing them on my head, so that the right earpiece is loose and nothing is holding it against my head.
