I never write reviews of products, but this is one of the most flagrant QC issues I've seen on such an expensive product

This is an excellent product

not only does my expensive mouse break within 3 months from a common, well known issue, but Logitech is absolutely dragging their feet in the RMA process and making me buy my own shipping materials to pack and send back the defective product

As others have said, logitech support is lacking and is something I find very disappointing in a company that puts out good products.

If your mouse breaks and the product has been discontinued they do not honor their warranty statement which states:"Obsolete or discontinued products that are defective and under warranty will be replaced with the same product, if available
