There was another email account linked to the hub, so I had to Google the Logitech customer support web pages to figure out how to do a factory reset to remove this account before I could install the hub.

After 90 days if the remote or app malfunctions, you have to pay to get customer support

There customer support was excellent and very knowledgable.
