Other people won't be so lucky--

so I'm going to put here what I wish I could have known up front which some people will hopefully find useful when considering a purchase:IR Blasters

People are complaining about the buttons separated up top, but I have not had any issues with them at all

Upon contacting Logitech, I talked with some STUPID people that had NO CLUE, NO KNOWLEDGE of their products, but yet have a job for services pertaining to their products

Some people hated (and still hates) an iPhone

Most people probably won't like or use

people are complaining about the lack of hard buttons and the fact that the transport buttons are on the top of the remote

Sure it can do brilliant colors, but the clever people at Logitech chose to make the default as difficult to read as possible

Years ago the Philips Pronto ruled the world of high end remotes then Philips decided to add touch screens and bigger touch screens until most people started to just hate the remote

OK, it could be that I am a schmuck and just didn't know how to use a plug but seeing that other people have had problems with the charger I am wary

I read the harsh reviews on this, and I can explain away most of the complaints with it just being people who liked their One (and there were a lot of reasons to like it), and don't like change at all.

Bluetooth is not that thats important to me but to people using PS3 as media server it a big bonus.

I got used to it but other people would always have problems.

People complaining about this are the same people who thought the iPhone would be a flop because it didn't have a physical keyboard

First, the installation experience was awful and most people would probably just give up and hate all Logitech products ever after

Several other people are having the problem, and are reporting it on the Logitech support forums

Some people find the configuration difficult, I disagree.

Some people don't like that a few of the buttons are placed above the touch-screen, but in my experience so far, I'm using the touch-screen buttons more than those buttons at the top
