I have had NOTHING but problems with the set up of this STUPID, WORTHLESS piece of sh#% !!!!

It is such a shame that an expensive piece of equipment like that now is no more than a paperweight without the software to program it and URC is bootstrapping their products to high end theater installation companies and pushing the basic consumer with some tech skills to the wayside

What a useless waste of almost $200... do not waste your money on this cheap piece of plastic garbage.

Nobody seems to make the one piece remote I would like.

We had a professional do the install and program our initial remote- a $400 irritating, marginal piece of crap (genesis or something)

It is the most aggravating and worthless piece of technology I have ever purchased

It also doesn't turn on a few pieces and "miss" one (huge problem with most remotes).The "top channels" on the remote is really nice

This is the poorest physically designed piece of Logitech equipment I own (I own and use quite a few)
