Easy to set up... GREAT product

The product worked fine, but was delivered in box that was previously opened and missing the cable.

The Harmony Ultimate is the worst universal remote I have encountered, which is surprising given the fact that Logitech has, in the past, come up with some of the most innovative products

Wonderfully impressive unit, with a database of devices so massive that even my most obscure products are controlled without issue.

My only gripe is the placement of the play buttons is at the top of the remote which makes it a bit annoying but a small thing for an overall great product.

I think that the product is really good in its simplicity to have all of my electronics push on at the tap of a button.
