I am shocked at the poor quality of a Logitech item.

The Logitech MK270 Wireless Keyboard is a phenomenal piece of machinery that operates with great ease while upholding a special, assuring quality that I have come to expect from other products within the brand

I have purchased a total of 20 MK270 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse combos and every single one of them has been great quality.

This has nothing to do with battery life or line of sight with the USB port connector, just poor quality product.

After trying out a USB extension cable for the dongle so that the wireless stick is only 1-2 feet directly in front of my keyboard and mouse, there seems to be a slight improvement, but overall, the quality is terrible, so I'm dropping to 1 star.
