    • There is a Bluetooth connectivity issue with this device.
    • If you're experiencing the connectivity issues after downloading the Logitech Options software on MacOS, what solved the problem for me was disconnecting the mouse from bluetooth and then reconnecting it using the unifying dongle (you have to download the unifying software off their website)
    • I used apple magic mouse for a couple years in the exact same configuration with zero connectivity issues
    • As long as the connectivity issues do not persist (I've tried a jumble of recommended fixes, and am in touch with Logitech CService about the issue
