While they do not come with a subwoofer, the resonance chambers on the back do a great job representing the low end, and the mids and highs are both equally well suited to games, videos, and music.

I was expecting a more subdued sound profile, but Logitech did a good job with getting these to sound great

Of course you won't get the bass response that a dedicated sub will give you, but the built in port tubes that supply the bass actually do a very good job.

I'm sure you can pay a lot more and get better sound, but these work well enough for me, and still sound way better than the cheap-o PC speakers they replaced.
