With a home office, and only a cell phone, I needed a device capable of high-quality audio for conference calls.

This device works O.K. (sometimes) and at other times, people on the other end cannot hear me or say the sounds (speech) are muffled or garbled

Everyone else dialed in are clear but the device via Bluetooth sounds muddy and muffled

it's just a really nice device, works well, easy to understand, is dependable, and even my music from my computer sounds good through the speaker - although i did not intend to use it for that application.

Overall, it is a good device with one annoying problem
