They are not going to rival a really good set but for a cheap pair of speakers they give a surprisingly good sound.

This is a great set of small speakers.

After 2 days of struggling with them I went back to my old persnickety, unreliable, no name speakers until I find a half decent set that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

I had previously purchased a set of these same speakers for my second computer and just like them, the ones I recently receive are excellent and work well, specifically, taking up much less space on a crowded cradeza.
