This product does not work

This is a outstanding product by logitech, when I bought this item, I was concern about how the subwoofer would sound, because my Logitech 5500, stop

this is the third expensive product I've bought from them that failed in less than a year.

However having owned z-5500 for 3 years it is sad to acknowledge this product is inferior to it's predecessor

I am not sure if it is just my problem, but getting two defective products was not that likely, and I would suggest people who will use it with PCs be careful and keep this issue in mind

Nevertheless, for the money and for their purpose as computer speakers, this is a good product.

All their products are good, a little more costly than the competition but you get what you pay for

z-5500s did a better job, however five years have passed since I bought z-5500s for almost the same price, so kudos to Logitech for coming with a decent product in the same price range

I might just have to buy another sound blaster/ creative product again to make sure to get the best out of these speakers

I would highly recommend this product because I have had it for about a year now with no issues and it provides loud, balanced and clear sound quality.

The product itself is also terrible

and I do recommend this product if you are a hard core gamer and want to hear the really cool sounds of boots running up behind you or the sounds of CD's the way they were meant to be.

This product could of been so good for me, but I am going to have to drop the stars down until I can get this

Nonetheless, product is highly recommended.

The bluetooth adapter is also a great product to combine with this system.

Overall, these two huge flaws say one thing, Logitech made these decisions to save money and make more profit but at the cost of making an inferior product to the one that it's supposed to replace

The feeling of cheapness and confusion is enhanced by the poor unboxing and setup experience -- the product is easily damaged in the box, despite being wrapped in vast layers of trashy plastic and cardboard.
