There are other hands free apps you can use to accomplish the same thing for a lot less money.

The app is also hideous; it will freeze your phone

It turned out that I was running an anti-viral program (Avast Mobile Security) that saw the app as a threat and refused to let it work

All it does is open a proprietary app which you need to have installed on your phone

The app will "become" an Alexa skill and you will have to set-up permissions according to your scenario

But the app itself was a bit frustrating

Love this App, I can now listen to #Alexa while in the car

The adhesive doesn't hold and the app is very buggy.

Having to wave or high-five the phone to wake the app was a real pain especially when having it mounted to the windshield is a pain

Maybe if this came with a decent Bluetooth speaker and a rechargable battery, but given a limited budget, I'd rather stick to a relatively cheap mount and purchase one of the myriad hands-free apps from the Playstore that do more or less the same thing - some of which allow you to do even more than Zerotouch, although maybe not with quite the degree of hands-free operation that Zerotuch can provide.

The app only works if you have your mount

Worked great for about a week, the zerotouch app was very responsive and even support some apps not on the list of options given in the settings (napster and facebook messenger for example)

The app works well for texting and messaging as well

The App that you download to your phone is really the true gem in this product.

As an example, my Logitech Harmony Smart Remote lacked many features and gave many headaches at first, but after a while they nailed down the software side of things and now the app is smart, sleek, and works wonderfully

Almost all phones have Bluetooth, microphone, and a proximity sensor (to make sure your face don't press buttons accidentally when you're talking on the phone), however, and this mount makes use of that, together with a pretty amazing app, to provide hands free convenience
