I have to say its the best decision I ever made as now I can log into the secure website and check that he is where he says he is and he has the panic button if he gets into any difficulties.

(I have a Tagg pet tracker that has a better website for tracking than this site!)Amazon was great re the return; the company which handles the service, however, is sticking me with a $150 termination fee; and, oddly enough, I had to prove I returned the watch in order to get the service terminated

Trying to track via the web portal using my phone was frustrating since the website isn't very mobile friendly.
