I wanted really DARK, almost black

It’s not as harsh as jet black though.

Medium brown comes out way too dark, almost black

It came out dark brown black and I am completely disappointed.

Overall, I am glad I didn't go clown red, and I didn't go awful black

Basically my roots (1/8 inch new growth) are a very light brown and the rest of my hair is a very very dark brown black

Nothing close to the picture on the box; just solid black

I read that I was to use a neural or ashy color based to fix orange with messed up tones with brown and red to even out the colors, so I figured this would be a good one to try without it turning my hair a horrible black

My hair turned out more like a soft black
