I stopped my Madison Reed hair color to try this and still got Allergic reaction

I have purchased the same product at my local target for the past three years but when I bought it off of Amazon I had a severe allergic reaction to this product

I have sensitive skin and get allergic reactions often, but this was very gentle and did not cause any irritation

I had a severe reaction to this Product, the PPD caused me to have bad scalp,rashes, swollen face and still dealing with the reaction.

ANY BAD REACTIONS?There was no burning or bad reactions using this as compared to other dyes I have used on this person

Unsure as to why
