Maybe I had bad aim?Pro: it did darken the roots, more black than dark brown.

Before I'd have to find some unexciting way to wear my hair to cover my ugly gray roots between expensive salon coloring treatments, but this does the trick perfectly with hardly any spray at all!

Day 1 - Wednesday August 26, 2020I just received my Magic Root today - Wednesday 8/26/20 - and tried the magic spray immediately on my frontal hairline where I have grey hair across the top crown (I purchased Dark Brown) and in my sideburns near my ears

You are better off getting a good powder root cover up.

To use this properly, do not use the magic root as a can of paint or house cleaner

But my gray roots were really bothering me.

If you can find the right color for your hair, this is a wonderful root cover-up.

I used it to darken hot roots when i dyed my hair.

Though I upgraded my review to 5 stars, sad to say the negative is the magic root grey coverage is short term, my greys appeared again the very next evening, today, at my crown and by my ears

OK alternative if you don't want to color the roots or just lazy like me

This does not work on darker roots to blonde

So I decided to give the Magic root Cover Up a try

But did darken the roots.

I used it to darken hot roots when i dyed my hair.

This saved me when I didn’t have time to fix my hot roots

However, I've always wanted that darker root to lighter ombre hair look, so this actually works for me

So if you’re a fake blonde trying to use it to cover dark roots it will not work.

Listen sis... when you don’t feel like doing your roots when you’re due and need to hide those grays this is a LIFE SAVIOR!!

Your roots will feel dirty (like you’ve used too much dry shampoo)

So hopefully I can continue to get safely touched up and will only need the Magic Root Cover Up minimally

the magic root is best for women with grey in the center of the hair line

This spray did absolutely nothing for my dark blonde roots

If you've got dark roots it will spray them gray there is no blonde color whatsoever in this product!!!

However, thanks to the Pandemic, I had more roots than the crayon could handle

this is going to give you trashy black roots

Gray/white roots are not good when trying to stay with your natural hair

Anyway, after researching and reading the reviews of this product, I gave this magic root spray in dark brown a try

So disappointed that I did not try this product before the return date, because it is a severely inferior root cover up.

This Magic Root cover up gray concealer saves me a week or two before needing to color again.

Do not hold or press the magic root as it will appear as overdone

Perfect root touchups for in-between salon color appointments

Given the other issues with the Magic Root Cover, I would not re-use.

Great root touch up for my dark red hair!

Therefore magic root it is a very good one day or short term solution yet not for long term use
