well made sturdy desk

My manager said I could get a stand sit desk if it didn't screw into the desk or harm the desk in any way.

I am convinced that using a stand up desk improves my health and keeps me from gaining weight in an otherwise sedentary lifestyle.

For a combined price of about $210 dollars I have a very good sit-stand desk

Putting it down is a bit tricky too since I have 2 monitors and it doesn't seem like the desk does well with 2 even though it states that you can have 2.

The desk works good from going high to low position with the hinge and spring, but I won't refer anyone to buy one because of poor quality in appearance.
