Works great height is

The adjusting switch on the back right of the stand to alter the height is a pain in the butt.

If I didn't have adjustable height monitors, it wouldn't be quite tall enough(I'm 5'8)

Once its up in position though, its a good height for standing, pretty comfortable

My only complaint is that when I'm standing the keyboard is too low meaning I have to use a shoe box to raise it up to the correct height

In the seated position the monitors are too high, but my monitors have an easy height adjustment mechanism so pushing them down to lowest position is perfect for seated position

I love that it can be adjusted to whatever height I need it to be so the monitor is at the perfect height whether I am sitting or standing

Also, being 6'2", this bring the laptop up to a perfect height for me to comfortably work.

The fact that height isn't adjustable (its either up or down) is a bit of drawback

This is exactly as described. rises to a nice height or standing, while allowing for good ergonomics when sitting.

I wasn't sure about the various (5) height adjustments, and if I'd have trouble finding a good height fit, but was able to find the perfect height for me that also doesn't cause strain on my wrists when typing
