I just got it last week and its very comfortable with all the right adjustments that user can customize based on his sitting style

I'm 5'3" and i like having the various adjustments to the seat and arm rest.

It maneuvers across hardwood flooring easily, the adjustments work as expected, and the armrests have not needed adjustments, but I like that I can remove them should the need arise

All I can say is if you're somewhere in the middle it has enough adjustment range to fit you

It's not an Aeron, but if you need a home office chair with reasonable adjustments and comfort, this is a good choice.

I have six retail stores and have purchased this chair several times over as it is nearly indestructible, as well as being comfortable and adjustable.

The chair is GREAT however, it is a magnet for dust particles and the construction makes it difficult to clean as there are lots of crevices that are hard to reach.
