Adjustable arm rests are very useful in getting my arms into more ergonomic positions while working at my desk.

The remaining arm rest is very unpleasant with rough edges and exposed metal base.

My only complaint are the arm rests

I have six retail stores and have purchased this chair several times over as it is nearly indestructible, as well as being comfortable and adjustable.

The chair is GREAT however, it is a magnet for dust particles and the construction makes it difficult to clean as there are lots of crevices that are hard to reach.
