the box was broken. because i am a international student, and my english is poor, and when i retuen it i will spend a lot of time and i will not have chair to sit

In hindsight, I should have rejected the box at the door.

All the pieces were there, but since there is no padding holding things in place they can potentially damage the box through handling.

The box this chair came in was nearly completely destroyed by the time it reached my house and looked like it needed to be re-taped just to get here

The box was mangled and it looked like an entire roll of tape was used to keep what was in from coming out.

I opened the box and one of the plastic handles was broken off

Two boxes were delivered ripped open

The chair is not well packed and the box took some delivery damage
