Every time I move on it, it cracks, creaks, pops and groans from the back of the chair and the base.

I have six retail stores and have purchased this chair several times over as it is nearly indestructible, as well as being comfortable and adjustable.

The chair is GREAT however, it is a magnet for dust particles and the construction makes it difficult to clean as there are lots of crevices that are hard to reach.
