This chair has a nice, professional feel to it, but the arm rests just seem cheap in comparison to everything else.

It is in fact build very sturdy and has a great feel on the back and cushion of the seat.

The mesh back and seat are its best qualities; the armrests and wheels/rollers DO have a slightly cheap feel, but the generic branding at this price point render these issues moot

I assembled it according to the instructions, which were relatively clear, but it has an unsteady feel to it.

Leaning back give you an uneasy feeling as if the back will give out

I gave it 4 stars, the only knock is the up/down piston is a bit noisy and sometimes not smooth feeling....

I hate a unstable feeling that the chair is not firmly fixed and creak.
