    • I just wish they offered an extender to boost the height of the chair
    • The replacement of damaged or missing components is offered by the company, however only prior to any assembly, and well I had just about completed the chair before realizing the situation Luckily for me, the fixed position of the armrest is at a comfortable height for me.
    • The chair is quite comfortable, after some experimentation with the adjustment levers I found settings for seat height and seat and back tilt that fit me (6'2", >200 lbs) quite well and put me at a comfortable height and angle for my computer desk
