Sitting for 8 hours or so per day in this chair I have found the mesh cooling and the chair comfortable.

The padding on the chair seems good and the mesh back is comfortable, if a bit different from the regular back I am used to

i love the mesh back, and the seat cushion is plenty comfy for long hours at the desk.

My only knock against it is the mesh back is tacky and will grab your clothing.

When I got the chair, the mesh felt strong and taut

I've had this seat for a few years now, it's still confortable though the mesh back is a cheese grater for my skin (not at all painful, but makes skin dust, I use a towel over it), but there is one annowing feature, when you lean back and forward the mechanisam snaps and clicks noisily, which will bother others below you., but it's a very solid chair, it won't break easily like most others at that price point.

By far the biggest problem I have with the chair is that after having owned it for only three months, the mesh backing is sagging and sunk-in by an unacceptable amount

The mesh back isn't compatible with a no-top lifestyle, and the armrests are not the most stable

My only complaint is that the mesh that covers the back is extremely loose now to the point where I can actually pinch and pull on it with two fingers

It's very comfortable, the mesh back provides great support and breathes well (which has been nice during the summer heat), and I've spent entire days sitting in this chair without getting the least bit uncomfortable
