I guess the company listened to all of the complaints, because my boxes arrived in a very sturdy cardboard box and in perfect condition.

I can understand why some people might have received this broken, it just taped shut and could easily get cracked in a mail truck, but I received mine in perfect condition

Like other reviewers experienced, mine came without a box (just shrink wrapped), but was in perfect condition.
