My only slight issue is that I thought it would be bigger and for some reason I didn't realize that Id be unable to hang both letter and legal sized files at the same time; you can only hang one or the other.

Thicker files are just fine.

They hold hanging files very well and are very sturdy.

The tabs that lock down the lid seem a tad skimpy, but all in all a great file box for the price
