When seated, the monitors sit a little higher than I was used to, but it's actually probably a better height than normal

I wasn't sure about the various (5) height adjustments, and if I'd have trouble finding a good height fit, but was able to find the perfect height for me that also doesn't cause strain on my wrists when typing

I have to place two reams of paper under the keyboard so that it is at a comfortable enough height

Once its up in position though, its a good height for standing, pretty comfortable
