The strap fits me well, i wear large mens tees, arms are normal size for my build at 5'9" and 200 lbs.

Works really well, love the strap that holds headphones as well.

If you use wired headphones, there's an opening at the bottom with plenty of access as well as a velcro strap to help keep the wires under control.
