I have used this device for a few years and, over that time, have recommended it to many of my patients

If you deviate from your target posture too long (configurable, but defaults to 15 seconds), the device vibrates for a short period reminding you to adjust your posture.

Since the device is usually inaccurate at identifying good vs bad posture on me it would be nice to set a reminder every 2-20 minutes to check in with posture in general, so it would buzz every X minutes as a reminder rather than only after X mins of bad posture
