Initially when the toner was first installed the first few pages came out with substandard print quality but not sure if the ink had to work through the printer.

I received my toners as promised and as soon as I put the first cartridge in, the pages in my queue all printed with excellent quality ... definitely worth my investment

I can't say if it will last as long as the HP cartridge did, but for now it's printing crisply and nice and dark
