They don't completely block out background noise, but do a good enough job for my environment

These are very comfortable and do a good job of blocking out background noise

I failed to mention that these do a decent job at blocking background noise which is a plus for me

I really like the Sony ones, but these sound fantastic - and the over-ear construction means I hear no background noise, just music (or the sound from a web meeting, if I am on one
