I think these are a good value for what they cost, but they ultimately didn't work out for my needs
I do think they should provide the mic stand adapter with this product, but otherwise for the price these are a good value.

I really like the fact that the LyxPro has 3 inputs and that it can connect via RCA plugs (from my mixer), XLR connectors (straight from microphones), or using a TRS quarter inch instrument jack (from a guitar if you want to do it).

I also like the fact that it is small and light-weight, and that I mount it on a mic stand for playing.

The unit should not have stopped working, but how can one complain if they send you a new one.
