I realized before I ordered Snow Leopard a week ago that there could be some compatibility issues.

Obviously, Microsoft Office is a third party program and you can't fault Apple completely for compatibility issues.

No compatibility issues till now, everything is working fine, even all the 10.5 apps.

However some compatibility issues do exist, one of my favorite programs "Calibre" for my eReader no longer works.

Also, if you have programs that might have compatibility issues I'd probably recommend holding off and waiting for these to be resolved before upgrading

10.5.8 was still there and everything worked as if nothing had ever happened

I bought this program from the apple store to install on my 20'' iMac, previously running os x 10.4, & after installing it and updating everything, it worked as if brand new
