While I was initially pleased with Snow Leopard because my Mac is more responsive and speedier, I have since found that I have hardware issues with my Epson printer/scanner and with my Canon camera's software.

Compared to $9.99 Apple charges for upgrading the iPhone OS on the iPod Touch, this Mac OS X upgrade has much fewer visual cues that it's been upgraded, but given the overall snappiness of my Mac and the ease of the upgrade, I would recommend it to anyone already using Leopard.

10.5.8 was still there and everything worked as if nothing had ever happened

I bought this program from the apple store to install on my 20'' iMac, previously running os x 10.4, & after installing it and updating everything, it worked as if brand new
