I have small ears and these work like a charm

I had tried traditional ear plugs before and I always woke up with very sore ears

Works great for avoiding swimmer's ear.

They are comfortable and dont have an issue with them staying in and sealed unless my ears are dirty.

They don't irritate your inner ear like other ear plugs

Ear was kinda sore the first

I slept in these for the first time - fresh out of the package - and woke up feeling like both ears were plugged

My ears would get irritated and id either end up pulling them out in the middle of the night or they’d fall out by themselves during the night

They are the most comfortable ear plugs ever I use for sleeping and studying

I wash my ears well and that clears up any residue that might have developed overnight

The foam expanding ones tend to irritate my ears at times and someone recommended these as a comfortable alternative.

Inserting/applying takes a little practice because at first try you still hear sounds, but you really need to push in a little into the ear canal to get that SEAL and spread over the external ear enough that it sticks and won't fall off with movement

The foam plugs would be fine at first but over time I would wake with a throbbing ear canal.
