Can't get much better in this regard.-Dust and fibers stick to the silicone when sleeping.-The seal is so effective that sweat and oils can build up in the ear overnight.

These don't form a good enough seal to block out any noise at all

After a couple of minutes of being in place they will be softer and I find that the best way to get a good seal is to gently wiggle and push the earplug with my finger which causes a micro burping effect (like Tupperware).I gave these earplugs 4 stars because I think that they are a solid product that I am content with
