This thing is awesome for the price, but these type of products extend past hardware alone and because Mackie is so apathetic with their customer support and they continue to sell these brand new

Even though it was out of warranty, I reached out to customer support to see if they could help

So now I get to add that the customer support is great!

I called customer support and they where nice, but didn't offer a solution other than try the installation again (which I did).

For the price u probably won't fine nothing better.
