I have to admit all the negative reviews about Windows 7 driver issues had me worried when I bought the Blackjack in early Sept 2013.

Ignore all the driver issue reviews because that is no longer a problem and if you are stuck between this or the scarlett 2i2 I would definitely go with this product !!!:)

If you do any research you will see that this device was plagued with driver issues which were completely ignored by Mackie for almost a year

I gave it 4 stars because that is exactly what I needed - I'm willing to slog thru driver issues for getting pretty good sound at a tiny price.

The problem that upsets us all is that Mackie has not answered a single quiery about this problem on its user boards, and has simply not addressed the Blackjack driver issue in any public forum

it's your computer that's having driver issues, not the product

I see a couple reviewers here trying to blame the driver issues on the customers, but it’s clear that the customers were not at fault, it’s just that many of these negative reviews were created when this device was having these issues

You might be having USB problems, Windows driver issues, etc

I was concerned about purchasing this product with all of the reviews about driver issues on Windows

I don't know what is going on with some of you and this product saying that it has driver issues

For the price u probably won't fine nothing better.
