All of my kitchen tools are made of stainless steel, so they're not as light as plastic

I have a large stainless steel range hood that I like to keep some of my kitchen tools (colander, large ladles, etc.) hanging from.

They also scratched my stainless steel fridge which was upsetting

I wasn't positive they would be strong enough to hold on the stainless steel with the weight of a colander hanging from one of them, but I didn't really want to go with a bigger size hook.

If they are, they're poor quality, or blended with other materials, or something which allows them to make that claim on a technicality so they can't be sanctioned for making claims

The magnets will hold a great deal, I wanted them to hang small brooms and dust pans of the side of a metal cabinet in the shop, ended up using some in the kitchen for pot holders on the side of the refrigerator, as stated they hold great, I would highly recommend these to anyone who needs a good quality magnet with hooks.

Purchased these magnet hooks (22 lb+) for work to hang vehicle keys.

I can’t imagine hanging heavy keys or a coat off these and having it stay put.

The hook attaches beautifully to the metal door frame, so I hang my keys on one, and masks on another, and having them in sight means I only have to lock up once
