    Mario Party 9

    • it's nothing compared to the orchestrated music from the Galaxy games, but it is good, has a few catchy tunes, and includes a few remixes of classic Mario tunes
    • Worst Mario party game I've ever played
    • Fun Mario game, my 4 year old son really enjoys it
    • ,in a way it was nice because me and my friends (aged 21-24) used to fight with each other when we would use one of those on each other,or when one of us would steal a star from the other, and that seems to have ended, but at the same time we liked the old way better, they should have just made a mario party 9 with all new maps and mini games, but kept the base of the game the same, make your own way through the board and try to get the most stars, not all be in a boat on completely randomized boards where its hard to use strategy.i,as a huge mario fan, still like the game, and still play it,but we like the old way better, had i known ahead of time that this was how the game was,i would have waited for the price to drop before i bought it,i would at this point recommend Fortune Street (a new mario game like monopoly with stocks) over mario party 9,although mario party 8 was awesome.i own all the mario partys back to the old systems,im not sure why when mario party was so popular with everyone through 8 games they would change it completely on the 9th,but they did, overall fun game, still wish i had waited on it though.
    • He loves EVERYTHING Mario
    • Not including minigames or competitive multiplayer in 3D Land or New Super Mario Bros. 2
    • My favorite Mario Party ever, and I've played most of them
    • My son loves Mario so this is one more fun for
    • I feel unfortunately that the last good Mario Party game was 8 (also, in that series, I recommend against purchasing 4, cannot speak for 5, and felt that the first three were the best).
    • this?Yes, there have been good Marip Parties and bad Mario Parties before, but the other parties sucked because the food was bad or peach got drunk and threw up on Toad again
    • Not my favorite Mario pick.
    • such as the screen/fence you have to climb with koopa on either side of you from super mario bros
    • Super Mario, Mario Party 8 and Mario Party 9
    • Both my son & I are huge Super Mario Bros. fans so when this game came out I had to get it for him for Christmas
    • Nintendo - if it ain't broke, don't fix it - players new to Mario Party completely may love it, fans won't!
    • well overall the game is really fun, not the best mario party out there but its not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.
    • Not as lovely as Mario Party 5 but is still refreshing and enjoyable
    • Not as good as Mario party eight
    • This game is so funny definatly one of the best mario parties

    • Telling us there'll be a new "Super Mario" for Wii U and then finding out it's just another 3D Land rather than the 64/Sunshine/Galaxy game we were all expecting
    • She loves anything mario or yoshi related lol
    • Our 11 year old son, the Mario fanatic, loves the game - our 7 year old daughter, is "meh" about the game - my husband hates the game and enjoys the minigames
    • This is the weakest mario party ever
    • a certain feeling and charm past Mario parties have always had
    • Fun Mario game
    • Best Mario Party for Wii
    • I've loved Mario Party since I first played MP5, and each one has been better than the last.
    • It is way better the Mario Party 8 as well
    • Telling us there'd be Yoshis in New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Rambi in Donkey Kong Country Returns, only to have each appear in two levels in their respective games
    • I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter because she loves Mario and the Mario Party games
    • Not the greatest Mario game
    • Better then Mario Party 8 but not as good as Mario Party 10
    • our Youngest son son Loves Mario now we all party.
    • -They changed the way you move (boards are designed for it)-They changed coins/stars to mini-stars for the win condition (coins were extraneous anyway)-Mini-game selection is now a choice between 3 randomly-chosen games (good balancing mechanism)Mario Party 9 is Mario
    • This s a good game, and as a super Mario bros
    • This isn't as good as Mario Party 8, but it still provides hours of entertainment for my family.
    • While I do honestly wish that there could've been online multiplayer action put into Mario Party, but overall it remains as strong and classic as you could honestly imagine with the fun
    • But then I started realizing, despite my disappointment, I was having a LOT of fun playing this one with my friends, as well as when I played it by myself
