Strong bass, solid middles and enough volume to fill a floor of our small house

volume (with max volume with the connected devices) is barely enough to fill my small one-room apartment.- Marshall customer service wasn't very helpful so far - very time intense processI'd recommend spending the money on a JBL or Bose speaker for those who look for really nice and loud sound.

I love that the volume, bass, and treble are each controlled by a simple, solid-feeling knob (as opposed to some ghastly "system" of selecting audio -> options -> sound quality -> bass, or some-such)
